The Beach House has 9 rooms with a choice of suites, doubles and singles and can sleep up to 21 guests. Our daily rates vary by season and are based on a minimum of two night stays.
Room rates are based on 2 persons.

Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (tax).
and all credit card transactions incur a 5% surcharge.

Additional adult sharing room $30 per night (over 16).
Additional child sharing room $20 per night (under 16).
Please note that children must be aged between 12 and 16 to stay in our guest house.

Booking policy
Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, we will confirm your reservation. All non confirmed reservations can only be held for 24 hours, so we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if you have not confirmed within that time. Group Bookings need to be paid in full one week prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund
Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival day, will forfeit the full deposit
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival day, will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to re-book your entire stay to another group at full tariff
The credit card fee and a administration fee of $50.00 will be charged on all deposits refunded
Cancellations/changes must be made by telephone or email and be confirmed by the Bondi Beach House Management

Check in/out times
Check in is from 2pm and Check out by 10am. We are only able to offer earlier check in times if the room is vacant the previous night. We are only able to offer late check out times if the room is vacant on the day of your departure.

Storing your luggage
You are more than welcome to store you luggage with us upon arrival and departure. There are two locations suitable for this: upstairs just off the dining room and downstairs on the left hand side under the staircase.

Linen and towels
All rooms are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Bookings for extended periods will have their linen and towels refreshed on a weekly basis. Requests for linen and towel changes for booking less than a week will incur a fee of $5 per towel and $10 for bed linen.

Wireless Internet
Internet is complimentary so please see reception on arrival for a password. There is also an internet cafe within 1 minute walk of the beach house.

Laundry facilities
Our washing machine is located on the upstairs level. It is an honesty system of $4.00 per load, this includes washing powder and use of the dryer.

Smoking
We are a Non Smoking property, but smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.

Wheelchair access
The house is on two levels, and unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access because the house is terraced and our only access is via above street level stairs.
