Summer rates come into effect for any bookings from mid September to mid February. Due to demand for the rooms, all non confirmed reservations can only be held for 48 hours, so we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if you have not confirmed within that time. Group Bookings need to be paid in full one week prior to arrival. The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival.   Our cancellations policy is as follows: Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival day, will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival day, will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to re- book your entire stay to another group at full tariff. The credit card fee and a administration fee of $50.00 will be charged on deposits refunded. Cancellations/changes must be made by telephone or email and be confirmed by the Bondi Beach House Management Check in is from 2pm and Check out by 10am. We are a Non Smoking property, but smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. The house is on two levels, and unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access because the house is terraced and our only access is via above street level stairs.   All pure cotton bed linen is supplied. All rooms are supplied with towels, tea, coffee and sugar. There are supermarket and grocery stores within brief walking distances for any other supplies you may need.   If you wish to bring a computer with you, the house has broadband internet access available at a small additional charge. There are also several internet cafes within a very short walk. Car parking can be pre-arranged, by availability, at $10 per day. And porta-cots can be arranged at a charge of $10 per night.
